Refund & Cancellation

At Design Brain, we do not charge the customer until the whole project is completed to his/her satisfaction. Once the customer is happy with our work then and only then we ask for the payment and if the customer is not happy with the design after making the payment. The client can request for a refund. The request will be processed within a week and the amount will be refunded.
